I have in the contract that we have a couple of months after that to move out the last of our stuff but I'd prefer to have it all done by then so it can just be turn-key. That means many last minute trips to evacuate equipment from the old farm. I should be able to get my main art responsibilities taken care of but I might not be around much. 4 more commissions to clear from the list and then I can take a few more.
