Rumors of my Demise... I'M BACK BABY!!!

So, I'm thinking some of you are wondering just what the hell this post is about. First off, I'm not going anywhere. I'm just getting started. But there is a sad story to tell here.

Last week my Operating System drive that was running Windows 10 took a crap and died on me. I thought, "No biggie, I've got everything backed up and I'll just restore everything with that wonderful mod manager, Vortex." That was my first mistake. Using Vortex. When I went to get things running again, Vortex took a machete to my existing mod list and literally put me out of the modding business for a few days.

So what did I do? I loaded Mod Organizer 2 and never looked back. That same day I began the long and arduous process of creating a brand new load order, better than ever before. So armed with a fresh install of Windows 11 and Mod Oganizer 2, I went at it like a fiend until today when I topped it all off with DynDOLOD.

Never fear - all my modding work is backed up daily - that was never at issue here. At first I shit a brick that I had lost my load order, but now I'm actually thrilled that it happened. I needed to do this and I would have continued putting it off for months while I was head-down in projects. Now, I think I have Skyrim running better than it ever has and my visuals are simply amazing (at least to me).

So what's on my plate? Well, there are a couple immediate little projects I'm trying to finish up and a long-term project that I'll need help with from all the folks who can continue to donate to the cause of hiring another voice actress. More on that below.

Short-Term Stuff

CW Lydia Deluxe - An alternate version of Lydia that I'm going to release as a separate mod on Nexus. Try to guess which image from the gallery I just posted is her.

CW Aela Deluxe - I was NOT happy with my Aela The Huntress. That needs to be corrected and much like the Lydia mod, she will also get her own featured release and some surprises.

Long-Term Stuff

Coralyn - The Bosmer Shaman - A brand-new fully-voiced follower featuring the voice of Pixie Willow. I'm not going to spoil anything about her other than her visual appearance and the fact that she is a Wood Elf. I'm busy writing her script and preparing an initial version to handoff to my partner in crime, Migal, who will again join me like he did for Vayne for Naughty Voices and OPrivacy support of Coralyn.
