現在、BOOTH、pixivFANBOX、pixivリクエスト機能では多くの取引が行われております。
その中に、弊社が定めるサービス利用規約第14条禁止行為の26項「本サービスを利用して以下の商品の出品・販売・購入・登録等の取引を行う行為」に違反した取引が確認されております。
また、国際カードブランド等の規約でも、下記を含むコンテンツや商品の取引が禁止されております。
・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待
・近親相姦
・獣姦
・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)
・人または体の非合法的な切断
など公序良俗に反する行為
ユーザーの皆さまには、 BOOTH、pixivFANBOX、pixivリクエスト機能にてサービス利用規約並びに上記を含む商品の取り扱いがないか、改めてご確認いただき、取り下げ、非公開の対応をお願いいたします。
■2022年12月15日に利用規約を改訂します
第14条26項「本サービスを利用して以下の商品の出品・販売・購入・登録等の取引を行う行為」を改訂し、取引が禁止されている商品やコンテンツの基準を分かりやすくいたします。
新しい利用規約については、11月下旬にお知らせにて公開、12月15日（木）より改訂されます。

判断に迷われる場合は11月下旬に公開される新しい利用規約をご参照ください。
BOOTH、pixivFANBOX、pixivリクエスト機能で取引が禁止されている商品がある場合、規約が改訂される12月15日（木）までに、取り下げや非公開化のご対応をお願いいたします。
12月15日（木）以降に禁止されている商品を運営が発見した場合は商品の非公開化をさせていただきます。
また、措置を受けた上で継続的に禁止されている商品を取引されている場合、アカウントの停止を行います。

該当する投稿を非公開に・・といっても・・。何百っていう投稿から該当するものを確認しながら設定変更なんて・・。事務局さんが確認して該当のものは非公開にして下さると理解していいのなら、お任せするのでいいのかな・・。
とりあえずできることからBOOTHの販売作品で該当する物と思う作品は残念ですけど１２月に入ったら販売停止します・・。
かなりの作品が該当するので、気になる方は11月中に購入していただければと思います・・・。

2022-11-18 04:44:01 +0000 UTCbefore i write my thoughts about it i want to wait for the finished new terms and want to inform me more regarding this topic, since its all so vague defined (even the currently active rules regarding this are vague defined) the question is how they do it in case of single pictures, there is no telling if it consensual or not. it is just rough sex maybe? would it maybe enough to write in the description "the character in the picture gave her/his aprroval to do anything they wanted to her/him"? xD especially since there is no mentioning currently if it is related to "real" stuff or drawings same with incest, it is such a vague definition in my country incest is forbidden by law BUT it is only "incest" if you are doing vaginal intercourse, everything else is not against the law, so blojob or anal sex would be Legal short question to setting things to private, is it like Youtube where you can set a video to private but give the link to other people and they can still watch it?
