Getting into a solid and deep trance can be a challenge for many, due to outside noise, unforeseen interruptions, or simply because of a general uncertainty about the process. Many things can prevent you from falling into a deep trance. To help you achieve a better trance and share some of the tricks I've developed over the years, I've created this short guide for you. 🩷
Quiet Space: Choose a place free from interruptions and background noise. Close the door and ensure nobody will storm into your room during your session.
Be Offline: Really make sure that you won’t be disturbed by any notification sounds or annoying vibrations. I usually put on “Do not disturb” before I start my sessions. Alternatively, you can also turn your phone off or enable airplane mode.
Dim Lighting: Soft, dim lighting can help create a calming atmosphere. Consider using a dimmable lamp but avoid candles because of the possible fire hazard. Alternatively, you can use incense sticks to set the mood.
Comfortable Position: Find a position that you can maintain comfortably for the duration of your session. Your body should be fully supported, with no strain on any part of it. Personally, I like to lay down in my bed and throw a blanked on but some people might find that annoying.
Temperature Control: Make sure the room is at a comfortable temperature. If you tend to get cold, have a blanket handy. If you get warm, ensure there is good ventilation and use short clothes or a thin blanket.
Move if Necessary: Remember that it is allowed to move during hypnosis. You can adjust your position or scratch yourself if you feel itchy. Still, you will see the best effect if you remain still during your hypnosis.
Define Your Goal: Think about what you want to achieve with your hypnosis sessions. Know why you are listening to it and what triggers you will be working on. Are you trying to enforce a certain trigger or refresh something? Starting blind in your sessions might only be for very experienced users.
Trust Your Hypnotist: Not trusting your hypnotist is one of the key reasons why you might fail to see real results. Your subconscious is a very complex and might unintentionally refuse to go into trance if you don’t trust the source of your hypnosis. Sadly, there are many questionable sources out there. That is why I dedicated myself to producing high-quality Bambi hypnosis sessions. With my sessions, you get trusted and consistently high-quality files that support you on your journey as Bambi.
Daily Routine: Try to incorporate hypnosis into your daily routine. Even if it's just for a few minutes each day, regular practice can yield significant benefits over time. Having a go-to playlist or a training plan can help you stick to your routine and makes it easier for you to plan.
Set a Schedule: Practicing at the same time each day can help build a habit. Your mind and body will begin to anticipate the session, making it easier to enter a trance state.
I hope that these steps will help you to get even more out of your sessions. 🩷🩷🩷
