• Models will be downloaded inside ckpts sub-folder

• Distilled model works with 8 steps and really faster but i find quality lower

  • It takes total 5 seconds per image with Distilled model on RTX 6000 PRO

• I don't know the very best parameters yet but Default config should work fine

• The model downloader I made is extremely robust and will download all models into accurate sub folders

  • If you get any error just run downloader again and it will skip accurately downloaded ones and fix issues and resume

• Check all features of the app on the interface - pretty easy to use and convenient

• All generated images will be saved inside outputs folder

• I recommend using Massed Compute for now until VRAM requirement gets lower

• Fully supports all GPUs with automatically installed Flash Attention 2.8.3 (compiled by me for both Windows and Linux with all GPUs support), Torch 2.8 and CUDA 12.9 (like A100, H100, B200, RTX 6000 PRO, etc.)

• Installers improved

• Refiner is currently working perfect and I recommend to set 8 steps

• We added Image Refinement tab that you can use to refine existing images

• Now when you enable Use Refiner, it will save both non-refined version + refined version and return both

• Just run Windows_Install_or_Update.bat or use start command in RunPod or Massed Compute (they are set to auto update)

Windows Requirements

• Python 3.10.11 and Git should be sufficient

• If you get error also make sure to have FFmpeg, CUDA 12.9, cuDNN 9.12, C++ Tools, TensorRT and MSVC

• Double click windows_install .bat and let it install and download necessary models
