2024-09-13 14:32:09 +0000 UTCI'm a bit late to the party, but to answer some of the lighting questions from around the 16 minute mark, I generally prefer warmer lighting in ASMR videos. Like you said, it's much better for sleep, and I find it much more relaxing. That said, I do think the contrast with the orange light on you and a blue light in the background worked pretty well.
