Suggestions: Changes in Commission prices

While rendering in blender more and more, I have noticed that rendering takes WAY more longer than anything I rendered in SFM. For example, 45 second long animation takes like 8* HOURS (*render times subjected to change due to the map and props used)
Plus I seen most blender animators do short animations, at MOST 5 minutes. Now that's why I'm asking for ideas for new prices suggested by you guys.
The following tiers
Short tier (10 seconds) = $50
Medium tier (30-45 seconds) = $90
Long tier (1-2 minutes) =$140
Extra long tier (3-4 minutes) = $300
Movie tier (10 minutes) = $1,000
I'm trying to be fair but be realistic. I render in the background and makes my PC unusable. I started rendering before I go to bed and sleep
