I had to get a hold of a digital copy of y taxes and send them a PDF with a photo of my face holding a piece of paper with a code that I had to hand write on it that they gave me. At first they told me it couldn't be activated, but then I tried another time and I was able to get back in this morning! So thankful! Thank you to every one who helped with support and reporting the account, you have no idea how much I appreciate it!
