Third Person POV
Prince Manor.
...
...
After settling things with Andromeda, Severus returned to the mansion, while receiving a letter from Bellatrix asking to see him again that same night.
Severus even doubted it was a letter from Bellatrix, with her saying she missed him. How fun it would be to tease her when he saw her.
Severus then invited her to the mansion, as her grandmother had allowed her to spend the night away. Since they had already been intimate the previous night, it was no surprise when they spent another night at the Prince mansion and Bellatrix woke up naked beside him in the morning.
They were only interrupted when heavy footsteps approached the door, pounding loudly.
"I can smell her disgusting scent! What are you doing with my Sev?!" Rosaria's screams roared through the house until they reached Severus's bedroom door, while the desperate house-elves could be heard pleading with Miss Rosaria to calm down.
Severus got up with a sigh to put something on to cover his naked body, before the girl sleeping beside him grabbed his hand, trying to stop him.
"No... Leave her be. Stay in bed with me," Bellatrix pleaded tearfully, while Severus just sighed and got up anyway, ignoring the request.
He had to give Rosaria an explanation.
He then opened the door, seeing a woman full of rage, barely looking at him as she tried to find Bellatrix in his bed.
"Since when does she sleep here?!" Amid the anger, she raised an eyebrow at him finally.
"We had a date, out in the countryside. Since then, it happened. Well, itâs no surprise... since she's my fiancĂ©e too," Severus said calmly, ignoring her fury.
"You never took me on a date, Severus!" she complained immediately.
"How about we go out tonight?" Severus said. It wouldnât be great for him to keep going out every day and having dates, but he owed her that.
"Really?" Her expression softened immediately. As jealous and angry as she was, she also couldn't deny that she had accepted this relationship with a man who had multiple women. And hearing that Severus was inviting her was something she had been waiting for a long time.
Even though she wasnât the first, werenât they the first to be intimate together, in the history of magic classroom, while having sex undisturbed several times a week?
"Of course. Iâll take you somewhere really special. And, no need to feel uncomfortable, letâs just say there wonât be many people around with your... âsensitive sense of smell,â" he said calmly, wearing only pants as he got out of bed. While grabbing her waist, he pulled her close to him, making her blush.
"Hey! What are you doing grabbing my Sev!!??" The shout came from behind, as Bellatrix quickly put on a dress and rushed to the door in anger. Severus only found the situation amusing as they started fighting out of jealousy.
In the end, he managed to calm them down, and then asked the elves to prepare breakfast and call his uncle. Meanwhile, they began their first meal.
Bellatrix had to return home, while Rosaria packed her things to spend the next few days with Severus.
Later they went to the garden, while Severus handed the bag to Rosaria to get the two animals from inside it.
Atlas and his companions seemed satisfied to finally be free, walking around the property, while Severus was also there, testing his wand outdoors as well.
Rosaria sat down and opened a book, watching Severus practice. He was only interrupted when his own Graphorn saw him and ran toward him, trying to push him again with its head.
At this point, the Graphorn had no strength against the Monarch of Shadows, as Severus simply lifted it with ease and even tossed it into the air, to the despair of the creature that flew over 20 meters before falling. But before it hit the ground, Severus used telekinesis to stop it for a safe landing.
The Graphorn looked a bit disoriented as it roared at Severus and returned to its mate.
"You know he does that because he likes you, right?" Rosaria couldnât help but comment, laughing at Atlas and Severus. She found it so amusing she had to say something.
"Seems like it, but he's a bit too persistent sometimes..." Severus commented calmly as he returned to his practice.
"What are you trying to do?" she asked, as he was trying to create swords by transfiguring some stones â something he already did with ease, but now seemed to want to amplify, which made her curious.
"I want to expand the objects I can transform with transfiguration. If I can turn a stone into a huge sword, it would be quite useful," Severus said.
He had to redistribute the mass as best as he could within the stone. Maybe he would leave the sword hollow in exchange for its size, but that wouldn't make it sturdy. Perhaps no one in this world could do that â but he wasnât just anyone in this world.
He was the most powerful necromancer in the universe. Why couldnât he use his magic to create enough atoms to complete the transformation? The stone's mass wasnât enough, but he could use his magic to create what was missing. And so he did.
Severus levitated a 20 cm stone and tried to create a 10-meter sword. The result was a 1-meter sword. He had already managed to transform it into a 3-meter sword, then 4 â but that was enough for now. While doing this, he watched his mana drain easily, although at the level he was at, it was a laughable expense.
However, it was still a waste. He wasnât used to this kind of magic. He needed to become proficient in it to use less mana in battle. He wanted to be efficient enough not to waste excessive magic on an expedition. After all, you never know what might happen in a battle, how long it might last. He was already facing monsters in important dungeons from time to time, but what about when he truly faced his sworn enemies?
The Monarchs had always had armies behind them. He might end up fighting an entire army. And in that case, he would need to save every spark of mana to keep casting his spells.
His training soon caught Rosariaâs attention as well, and she wanted to join in. Severus didnât refuse, and they spent the entire afternoon practicing spells and even trying to develop new enchantments and spell ideas. The girl, in fact, proved to be quite helpful, surprised at how Severus kept coming up with ideas constantly â theories that even she, with her two hundred years of life, would be incapable of conceiving.
"I'm creating a new arsenal of spells that have never been developed in this world," he said before casting a new spell.
Severus Snape, naturally, had already developed spells â both dark and light. The spell James Potter used on him that day at the lake was one he had created...
His ability to create spells was respected even among the future Death Eaters who attended Hogwarts. It was no wonder he was respected and targeted. It was no wonder the future Slytherin Death Eaters sought revenge against him when he turned his back, destroying all the promise he once held for them by serving Voldemort.
He took a few books from the Prince library and told his uncle he would be going out that night. The man agreed, while at his cauldron, and simply told Severus that it was fine and he would be working on some potions.
He found Rosaria on the balcony, in a red dress and with a dreamy look. It would be hard to deny: that woman was in love â more than any other. The least he could do was try to make it up to her, after she had seen him sleeping with another woman. Which, of course, wasnât a crime, since she had accepted the condition of being in a relationship with him and other girls.
Severus took her to a special place, at the top of one of the Himalayan mountains. Despite the climate, a spell had been cast over the area.
He had hired a magical restaurant that prepared a table with chairs, a banquet, and fine wine just for the two of them.
Some magical companies had the tendency to create entirely new experiences for wizards by copying some Muggles. Instead of simply going to a traditional restaurant, they would set up a location for you to dine with your partner.
And since Rosaria didnât like other people or their smell, he had the good idea to take her to a mountain. And the girl truly liked it.
The conversation left spells, worries, and plans aside. It was more romantic. Rosaria seemed to want to talk about light and trivial things, telling funny stories, jokes, some flaws they both had â like any couple would during a date â as they smiled at each other.
In the end, they left the country and returned to England, where Severus shared the night with Rosaria, undressing her and making love to her.
The next day, Severus was walking alone through the mansion.
"You called me here?" Severus said, as he transfigured a table and a chair, sitting down and looking at the portrait of his grandfather.
"Yes. We havenât had a frank conversation yet, my grandson. Iâd like to have some time to talk, if you can spare it. I know you've been bringing several women here... Not that I approve of it, and I even recommend that you don't turn the Prince family into something... degenerate. But Iâm here to talk about other things."
"It wouldnât be degenerate if Iâm just spending time with my fiancĂ©es," Severus said calmly, while his grandfather raised an eyebrow.
"Alaric didnât say anything to me about that," the portrait commented with a huff. "How many fiancĂ©es do you have?" he asked, knowing that more than two women had come to the mansion. "Do you expect me to believe that? Do you think Iâm blind, Severus?"
"Four." Severus held up four fingers. "I intend to marry four women, if theyâre willing to continue with it," he said. He had already taken the honor of two of them.
"Well... thatâs a bit unexpected," the man murmured, looking thoughtful, but he seemed to believe Severus now.
"Anyway, letâs put that aside for now. I want to know: what are your plans for the future of House Prince? I want to know if you already have something decided â after all, this is our legacy," he asked.
"For now, Iâm still handling some matters concerning Voldemort. I need to go after the remaining Horcruxes of Voldemort â pieces of his soul that bind him to this world. I was thinking of doing that starting today. There are still four I need to retrieve before I can destroy Voldemort completely."
"You seem far more pressured than I imagined," the man couldnât help but comment, seeing his grandson saying he would deal with the Dark Lord as if it were something simple â a Lord that his own sons had been forced to follow in exchange for their deaths when they faced the grandson. It made him think of his Eileen, even though he was just a portrait.
"And after that, what do you plan to do?" the portrait asked.
"If nothing gets in my way, Iâd rather focus on developing myself as a wizard. And that includes as a Potions Master. Even though I havenât finished my studies or hold a diploma, it doesnât change the fact that I could simply revolutionize the world of Potions. I donât need approval from Hogwarts grades or some Potions Masterâs college. I wouldnât even be interested in attending such a thing. For me, itâs a waste of time now. All I need is to be strong, no matter whatâs to come."
"Well... it seems Iâd love to hear much more about that, but I doubt Iâll get anything more out of you. If youâll allow me, may I ask about her, my Eileen? Iâd like to hear about my daughter. My Eileen deceived by her brothers. Even so, she gave birth to someone incredible, from what Iâm seeing," the man said. Despite the disgrace, he couldnât help but feel proud of her son.
"Alright. Mother did nothing wrong. She didnât deserve to live with that drunk. Itâs time to reveal a few things... The story of a girl who took a Love Potion... and fell in love with a man who had taken the Hate Potion," he said, beginning to tell the story.
