Real Penalty - update info

I fixed some small problems of the last relase and added a few new features.
I will have to add the stint limits but for the moment I'm satisfied with the driver swap feature.
Main changes:
- it's now also possibile to set mandatory long pits instead of mandatory driver swaps (it remains not prohibited and of course it counts as long pit)
- car locked on the pit instead of kick if disqualified
- option to lock the car on the pit after using teleport (esc key)
I hope to upload the new version in the next days, stay tuned.
The tool will be available for both Prime and Awesome Patrons.
