Real Penalty - New beta version

this is still a beta but now we are really close to the final version.

Take a look to the new options included in the two fixed .ini files.
If you use AC Server Manager you can copy them in your Real Penalty folder on the server (each folder for multiserver version).
Otherwise you can copy all new options in your standard .ini files.
IMPORTANT!
I recommend testing everything thoroughly before using this version for an official event , especially the teleport penalties!
Beware of teleport penalties too!
