2021-02-20 11:02:16 +0000 UTCThe anime has a mistranslation. In the manga the Black Flash actually does *polynomially* more damage than a regular attack. So let's say your attack does 10 damage. Black Flash does 10^2.5 = 316 damage. It's a super massive crit which is why it blew off the special grades arm.
