It's one thing English speaking folk will miss unfortunately while reading/watching. But you can hear "Sakazuki" (cup ritual) being used in the episode too, if anyone is interested, at 4:25.

Akainu's actual name is Sakazuki. The cups that the trio drank sake from are known as sakazuki cups (which were traditionally used for ceremonies). So the combination of everything surrounding Marineford would be the perfect trigger for Sabo who was already getting flashes of memory here and there...Goda breaking my heart again 🙃
