2022-09-12 19:53:27 +0000 UTCI view Taco Bell like I view most fast food: it's an experience by itself. If I want a good cheeseburger, I'm not going to McDonald's. However, there are times (usually when I don't feel well, which is definitely counterproductive) that I want McDonald's because a McDonald's cheeseburger doesn't really taste like any other burger. It's just it's own thing (and mostly tastes like salt and onions). Taco Bell is basically the same. Mexican and Tex-Mex is so much better everywhere than when I was a kid that I can get great Mexican up here in Massachusetts without issue, but there are times when a big box of tacos from Taco Bell sounds really good. Usually at 11 PM driving back from a concert, so for that reason, I'm glad it exists even if those moments happen once a year. As for the episode of Futurama, what can be said that hasn't already? Classic episode with a ton of meme-able moments and terrific quotes. I half-expected to hear That Guy from Twitter on this one since he's prolific in the Simpsons/Futurama Twitter community.

Huge shock to me as a baby punk when I learned all my cool friends loved the one-hit-wonder ren-faire-video band
