Weekly Devlog: 20 - 26 February 2023

It's the final weekly devlog for February. Who would have thought time could pass this quickly? As you all know, I've recently started a job at my old law firm. It is a temporary job, which is scheduled to end on the 31st of March but there is a chance that my contract might get extended. If that happens, I will be pausing billing from April onwards, since time constraints means less time to write and code π
As much as I enjoy Law, I have to admit that I've missed writing as often as I have been for the past few months so it's a little sad to be attending court when I sometimes end up daydreaming about the game π
For March, I'll be working on the side games for the Ishari tier Patrons (there's Oren, Elora and Anu's games to do). I'll also start working on Crowning Glory, a side story for all Patrons that will later be posted to the public as a thank you for your support π Because these side games are fairly short, I estimate that I can get them complete in a few weekends this coming month.
Once that's done, I'll start working on Chapter 7 of the game. I usually write throughout the week, but with work taking up my time, I'll be reduced to Friday evenings and then Saturday and Sunday. With that in mind, it'll take me a bit longer to get updates out to you, but as always, I will keep you posted on my progress and how far along the update is.
I'll still be doing side stories for March as well, so keep an eye out for polls in the upcoming weeks. Because Chapter 7 won't be out this month, the RO side stories will be a little different this month. I thought I'd make them a little like how I wrote commissions for people, where it will feature the RO and the MC (no name mentioned or gender to keep things relatable to your MC). I'll put up a poll though to get everyone's opinions on it before I start writing the side stories.
Just a heads up for those who want to play the update - the game will be posted for Nomad Tier Patrons on the 2nd of March and the public will thereafter get to play it on the 4th of March.
