The last option is a variation that depends on your spirituality stat for the Ancient Ones. If your belief is high enough, you'll get this option but if it is lower, the choice looks different and leads to a different dialogue - in essence, you can deny that the sword is blessed by the Ancient Ones.
I'm now moving on to Anu's training scene with the sword which is where our MC will learn if they have what it takes to wield a divine weapon or if they're just going to look foolish trying π
