Weekly Devlog: 11 - 17 December 2023

Hello Patrons! I hope December has been treating you well so far ❤️️

This past week has been a mad rush to get the chapter completed and I am pleased to say that as of today, all conclusion scenes have been completed. All that's left are the two NSFW scenes for Elora and Irus, which will also contain fade-to-black scenes and alternative fluffy romance scenes for players not interested in the physical intimacy aspect.

I have three more days of my IRL job left and my last day will be on Wednesday. I have a bit to do for my last few days of work so the NSFW scenes will be slated for the evenings after work. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to get both NSFW scenes done this week but if I feel like they're taking too long, I'm going to leave it out of the update for now and come back to add them later on. That said, I really don't want to leave out the scenes because I enjoy writing romance the most compared to the general plot and I feel like everyone deserves some nice fluffy/steamy romance as a Christmas gift.

Even though I wanted to start Irus' romance scenes today, I had to push it to tomorrow because Anu's scenes took me a bit longer than I would have liked.

My brain feels like mush but I am determined to finish this chapter before the end of the week. I plan to have it completed by Friday, or Saturday at the latest, and then I'll send it to my beta testers. Thankfully, it's just the conclusion scenes that will need to be tested since the previous updates were already tested.

Testing should be done by Monday which is Christmas and even though I didn't plan to release the chapter on Christmas day, it seems like that's the way the universe wants it.

Once that's done, I'll resume work on the side stories for the previous months and post the polls for December side stories. I will let everyone know if I'm pausing billing on the 31st of December since I should know by then if I'll be able to complete everything before the new year.
