This past week was spent with updating the demo for the Ishari and Vinia tiers. I also used the time to complete the side stories for March. As of tomorrow, I will be returning to work on the rest of Chapter 9.
There's still the family scene (optional), RO/companion dialogue scenes to discuss the ramifications of where you choose to go in Chapter 10 and then the decision scene which (depending on what you choose) will trigger a emotional confession from Oren and some romance scenes from the others (if you're romancing them).
Because the next update will be the end of May or early June, this month's side stories will not feature Chapter 9's events and I'll put up another poll to determine if you'd like an NSFW or SFW version of the RO stories. Those in the Cyre Tier, you won't get to vote any longer on whose story you'd like to read as for a long time (since the dawn of time, really), Irus has won every single poll. This month and going forward, there will be a randomiser used to ensure that each RO gets a fair chance especially for Patrons not interested in wooing Irus.
I'm probably going to use May to commission the RO portraits as well. I've had to create folders with references for each of the four characters (excluding Dena) and also spent a lot of time looking for an artist with a style I like. When I first created the portraits, I used an AI generator mainly because it was for my reference and also because I hadn't gotten far enough in the game to necessitate commissioning art. As the game is nearing completion, I'll be revamping the character page so that only the ROs will have portraits going forward.
I'm also debating on whether or not to add achievements to the game since there's a bit you can miss out on a single playthrough but I'll probably make a poll for that closer to the end of the game.
