Unfortunate News
Added 2024-05-27 15:49:04 +0000 UTCHi Patrons πΌ I'm aware it's only been a few hours since I posted the full sketches of the character portraits but I've just heard from the artist I commissioned. Unfortunately, his area has received more alerts for severe storms and power disruptions and he's advised that he'll be cancelling the order because he doesn't know when his electricity will be restored once it goes out or for how long it will last.
The bad news, I now need to find a new artist. I'm strongly leaning towards the artist I used for the cover art but she's unavailable until next week so until I message her next week, I won't have much progress to share with you.
The good news, we can all stare at the sketches knowing what will never be π₯²π
I'm probably cursed or something when it comes to art but I've got a full refund so not all is lost. Depending on pricing, there might be a chance that I'll opt for a half-body portrait opposed to a full-body one but that's all a problem for future me.
Now, please excuse me while I go drown my sorrows π

They really were what I had in mind. I've found another artist but still waiting to hear back from her so hopefully all goes well the second time around π
