Lena's suggestion will be greyed out/unselectable if you've not freed her and she escaped with the other Nomad prisoners. Keep in mind that every choice from now on will impact the variable tracking the Nomad support of your group - so choose wisely. If you have Lena freed and don't garner the necessary support from the Nomad Tribes, depending on how much Lena trusts you, she might speak in favour of supporting Irus instead of Virion but again, it's easy to gain and lose trust. That said, don't stress too much if you fail - it won't lead to your or the ROs demise so feel free to do whatever you want, even if it means ruining your chances of securing an alliance.
