Fail, and you'll have to flee as Hadi falls under the control of the Blood Guard. Next up will be the variant where Kazan is an ally that plays out a little differently but still allows for success or failure depending on your choice. It's not quite as lengthy as the Nomad path in terms of the end battle scenes but again, the Vinia path was always going to be more linear so hopefully, it doesn't seem too short when you do get to play it.
