It's the last Sunday of the month and with it, another update has been uploaded. With the interlude scenes now completed, I'll finally be able to work on the battle scenes that have just been sitting around in my chapter outline, collecting dust.
I sometimes wish I had more time to write because there's so many scenes to get through and it feels like there's just no time to write. Between my IRL job and then my very (if limited) social life, writing is limited to weekdays.
That said, once the battle scenes are written, we'll be about 75% done with the chapter. As I mentioned before, there are four diverging paths for the battle scenes, each of which will have different options and variable checks but will all have three outcomes. A success, a medium success and a failure option.
Then all that will be left is the conclusion scenes which will vary depending on your outcome of the main battle. I know I said ROs and the MC can't die, but that doesn't mean other characters can't die so expect some hard decisions coming your way 👀
