GR v10 - Final Test Build

So this will be the final test build for version 10. Just to make sure there's no weird bugs still hanging around. I did fix a few scripts and now all the girls should fight every time block. Just note, when wagers are on, things will change fast. So just be warned some girls will grow quickly.
However, to compensate for that, i changed the starting height for the player to 250. So you can buy additional packs to start or having some extra breathing room.
If you do find anything that cripples the game (aka a giant bug), please post it here on the discord.
Hopefully none should be left though :D
