Cyberslayers : Work on Phantasm Skills

Hi there,

As planned, we will work on the Phantasm Skills in the next days.

The skills of the slayers are compiled in a software called "Phantasm" (Phantasy Slayer Matrix).

It is directly connected to the brain to unlock artificial augmentations to make the slayers more efficient.

I remind you that these skills are fed by slayer field experience (SEXP) and virtual hearts in the FALLS domains: Force (Phys and psy, SEXP) Arrogance (Green heart) / Lust (Pink Heart) / Lewdness (Purple Heart) / Submission (Blue Heart).

SEXP and Virtual Hearts are earned based on the actions of your MC who can then unlock skills in the Phantasm by spending them.

The areas under Aline's control will be physical and mental strength as well as arrogance.

Those hacked and controlled by the Evil Mind will be lust, lewdness and submission.

Today I am looking at Physical and Psychic Force.

Here are the skills of the demo and then my ideas that I invite you to complete.

PHYS FORCE

Few skills at the demo.

I'm thinking of expanding the slayer moves to :

Slayer Move I --> Slayer Move II --> Slayer Move III

SM I for Rank D and C Mutants

SM II for Rank B Mutants

SM III for Rank A Mutants

Below this, I'm thinking about some persuasive physical skill such as :

Ball Busting - Hit a man/mutant in their balls to put them back in their place

and a superjump skill to reach specific area on maps

Any more ideas are welcome here for physical augmentations

PSY FORCE

I'm thinking on reviewing Red Scan I and expanding it up to RED Scan II and III

Red Scan I --> Red Scan II --> Red Scan III

RS I for Rank D and C Mutants

RS II for Rank B Mutants

RS III for Rank A Mutants

I won't change anything to Blue Scan, scanning mutants and humans.

I won't change Vision of Lust.

I will expand PERCEPTION I --> PERCEPTION II

Perception I : Ability to find hidden objects in areas

Perception II : Ability fo find Dark Matter in areas

Dark Matter will be a useful resource in the game.

I'm also thinking about adding those :

PERSUASION --> SEDUCTION

Persuasion : Aline is determined and can persuade people or mutants in dialogs with her guts.

Seduction : Aline uses a seductive approach to reach her goal.

The idea would be to be able to accomplish a mission by different routes without having too many to choose from.

For example, Aline would have to bypass a checkpoint to reach a forbidden zone but there is a guard and access at height.

She could either: use her physical skills and the super jump to get to the high ground OR persuade the guard or seduce him to go through the gate.

Without skills...she could fight him.

It's a bit like Deus EX if you know it. 

I think that coupled with the hacked skills this could make for some very interesting, funny and very erotic situations too...and classy!

It sounds very ambitious, that's why I don't want to have a lot of skills but some important ones.

Please, share your ideas on Physical and Psychic Skills Aline could use .

Next weeks, we'll talk about arrogance and then the corruption skills.

So that would be some kind of "passive skill" linked to Perception ? I could create this skill in the Hacked Lust or Lewdness and it could be unlocked only if you've perception unlocked first. Is that the idea ?

Hello Maelion, about the skill perception, I have an idea for an upgrade. Call it SIN for Super INnervation. Expand her senses to detect hidden objects but with a side effect. If there're pheromones, her lust / lewdness / submissive will raise in the same time and can lead to force her to climax. So traps can be implemented ingame.
