Volition Roughs - 28 & 29 (And something else...)
Added 2018-03-09 06:27:26 +0000 UTCHellooooo, just thought y'all would like to know the two pages are going on and I'm hoping to get them done Tuesday, as the last ones were. I got some IRL concerns that're going to last until Saturday, hence the slow start, and why I thought I'd show you the roughest of roughs! This right here really is the kind of skeleton I base all pages on. Don't worry if some of it is non-sensical, as I also plan on showing y'all the linework when that's done!
In addition, some of the more all-consuming of you may have noticed I've reactivated/created my Deviant Art account (here: https://t--d--l.deviantart.com/ ), and more pertinently, have been making noises about making a CYOA based on that fantasy setting I've been making where you infiltrate and convert as many members of a village to the (sexy) worship of your goddess as possible before the pitchforks come out. I plan on doing it as a short- and importantly for me, FALLIBLE run that (I feel alright telling you guys) may, if it all pans out alright, turn into a larger or more ambitious project down the line.
Hence me doing character art. And naturally it would only be right to share early art with you guys! So, here is one of the very first major NPC's that you're going to be tasked to meet- your 'contact' or 'mole' in the village who has been seeding it for your arrival- Caymam!
Wow, so conservative, right? Well there's a reason for that...I guess you'll have to play along to find out, eh?
Anyway, I'll keep you updated about it all. And may well consult you on future developments- or maybe even make a seperate backer level for more in-depth involvement on what kind of art or scenes or whatever to do for this. Later. If it proves interesting enough.
Hoo. Still need to do that Toph pic too. Still waiting on inspiration there...maybe I should do chapter covers for Volition or something? Thoughts are welcome.
