She's an N'Gean, a particular design of thrall, and has many sisters that share idential DNA to her, as well as many others, though she is the only one to currently be assigned to the role of Secretary, with the rest being varying level of pleasure thrall.
Compared to other thralls, the surface-level alterations to a secretary are minor. Rest assured though, their changes are as drastic as any other within the roster- especially exaggerated due to the epigenetic switches all cultivated thralls are born with.
Like her sisters, Cerise is pleasant, cheery...and perhaps just a little bit naughty. Treat her as you please, but be aware she *is* company propety first, and yours second...
