Thrallworks Update #44: Enter the Harem

Took a break last fortnight to get the Praet Set out, but we're back on track to say hellow to Har Alsafi Sarabhoora! Or 'Sara' for short, if you prefer.

She's the harem thrall assigned to your station as an Instructor, who will turn up and service you when you (or another) makes a booking for her.

As you'd expect, she is polite, courteous, a good listener and very willing to please. If you want to try and figure out some niggles you're having with your project or with other people, she's an excellent thrall to call up to try and sort your stuff out with-- even if you don't outwardly say what's bothering you.

This also marks the last design that's absolutely required for minimum assets for the Intro, which is nice-- and only a little extra editing for the Intro-Orientation combo. It'll be a big chunk of time to get the Live2d versions of all these peeps up and running, but I could minimally create a handful of expressions for each in order to make a valid enough suite of emotions to start rolling out the written content with. I guess though it depends on how 'complete' an experience one would want their first time to be.

I'll think about that for a bit, but while I am, I'll show $10 peeps in a week a more complete 'hospital intro' tree, and I'll make some Mac versions of the interactable content I've made for you all too. I'd update the outfit-changer as well, but I'm also working on the 'proper' version of that for the Intro now too, and I figure people would prefer I get that squared away than add to something I more used as a 'tester' for this feature. It might be worth making one more tester though, as some weird and funky stuff still happens with the Thrallopedia I don't quite grokk that I think needs understanding and addressing afore I try and get too adventurous.

At any rate, that's where we're going and what we got. Tally ho!
