Big Ol' Update! First Patron Goal!

Hey guys! Some of you might have noticed already, but I've been poking about the place adjusting some things over the last couple days.

First off, all the page previews before this week's have gone public, so people can see what they're getting in here, as have the old wallpaper bonuses.  This is some long-overdue maintenance, but the reason for such a recent cutoff is that Patreon is rolling out a new "Early Access" feature that lets me set an automatic timespan before patron posts become public!  My old method was to make any previews over a month old public, but this required manual maintenance and I'm really good at neglecting that sort of thing.  Now y'all don't gotta worry about that!  It should take care of itself!

That said, some things are still patron-only, particularly any work files I've offered up over the last couple years.  There's not a ton of them, but they're there for the wanting.

Second, there's finally a goal to shoot for on here!  Remember when Lonely was updating twice a week?  Well, we do, and we'd love to get that situation going again, but we need your support to make that work out!  Kazzie in particular does a lot of commission work to help keep us afloat, and any given Lonely page tends to take at least a day or two of her focus on its own.  I can crank out page sketches on a Friday night, but it's not proper to ask her to give up paid work without incentive.  In less words, we're trying to properly buy her time, so she can provide you lovely folks with more Lonesome Hoss without feeling like she also needs to do a bunch of commission work on top of that and giving up things like "sleeping, ever."

The goal to get this going is $500 a month, and we'd get on it as soon as payments clear out and top that.  It seems pretty lofty, but keep in mind that the Lonely Hooves Tumblr alone has over 600 of you following along; pair that with DA, and something like a third of you taking on the $2/month pledge tier would blow it out of the water, and our reader base is growing every day!  It's entirely possible, even if I don't suspect we'll get there overnight.

In the meantime, I've started up Ask Muse!  as an experimental thing.  For now, that'll be going up Monday nights.  I don't know yet if this'll try to be a regular "thing," and if it is I'll quite likely change out our hosts once in a while to give each member of the cast a chance to shine, but for now our mysterious bard holds the spotlight!

As a final note of interest, I'm going to try posting more public work on here in general, likely starting with the pin-ups I've been doing and finished Lonely pages as they go up.  I've already set up a couple of those new Featured Tag things to help highlight this stuff, but there's something you think would be handy to have up there, let me know!
