Discord Patreon Bot problems with Roles

Some users are in the server but don't have a role, and it is looks like a Patreon bot BUG, done most of troubleshooting, did a lot of fixes, and one fix mentions to disconnect the whole patreon bot and re integrate it... i will not do that, this way everything will break x_x
Already contacted to Support and waiting for a fix, for the moment, if you are reading and you paid the pledge and don't have a role in the server, please comment and send a personal message with your discord name tag so i can manually add you to your respective role in the server <3

Maybe you need to link your correct discord account? (some users have two discords and do not notice that they created a third or something, and put the wrong one on their account) Anyways, if you have any problems, please send a message <3
