Some facial alterations and maybe a hormone implant… just to soften the features - anything more drastic would probably not work with the current setting. Also… please don’t listen to those, asking for even bigger breasts. They are fine, as they are and will look bigger anyway, once the torso shrinks 😋. Anyway… the body is just part of the journey. I’m looking forward to his mental struggles, he is going to have as the „devoted mother and wife“.
