Got issues with Wacom

I'm having issues with my new pen tablet. And I'm having issues with Wacom Support.

Just one month after I received the tablet, then pen started having issues. I don't want to describe the problem because now Wacom is asking me to describe it for the 4th time and it's starting to piss me off xD
At least after exchanging with them for almost 3 weeks they agree to replace it. But I don't know how long it will take, if they will send a new one or if they will try to repair it, if I have to pay myself the expedition fees...
The pen itself is sold 80€. I've got merchandise much more expensive replaced with much shorter delays. I'm not pleased with their support.

For now I'm left without my tools... Because the drivers are different, I can't use my old tablet. I may try to reinstall it, I don't know yet.
"Fortunately" all the drawings for november were done before the pen totally screwed up, although it was already difficult to draw correctly. Now I'm left with a half lineart as the only creation for the coming month, and I don't know when I can draw again on my PC.

So it may be time to experiment Patreon's function to pause billing for a month, and take a forced break in december...
I'll try to avoid that. I'll tell you more in a few days.
