Telkora is moving much faster. Her close range attacks with her bladed nipple rings cause bleeding. She attacks at longer range by swinging the armbinder and its attached blade. She's not much of a threat once you manage to cut the rope and destroy her second weapon. However attacking her from behind will cause the damage of her physical attacks to increase.
Once the two sisters are defeated, you can trade their souls to forge an obsidian chastity belt and a dark plug.
I joined a version without the accessories, and the quick sketch I started from.
