You would think hogtying a fairy would make her helpless. You'd be wrong ! She can still fly away. Unless you tie her to something very heavy enough, a tied up fairy is almost a free fairy.
Experts say : that's why fairies must be put in jars.
Other experts say : the sight of hogtied fairies flying around can be beautiful.
