v 1.3.1 - Content Update (EARLY RELEASE)

Hello, everyone!

The code is actually done. It's just pending some journal updates for the last of Vincenzo's route. The writer for the journal, Mell, is someone that has a day job, so I don't think it's appropriate to make them crunch for the update considering this is just a volunteer gig. They said that they should get the updates to me by the end of the week.

I'm itching to be productive, so meanwhile, I will be releasing the current update to you guys in hopes of spotting bugs and egregious grammatical errors. PLEASE comment here, or talk about it in the server at bug-reports or patreon-spoilers.

And yes, I will also still be releasing the update in public when I get the journal updates!

So, what's in the update?

- 3 in-game days -- A Job Day, and two plot days.

NOTE: This update is shorter than usual, because it is the lead-up to the VERY BIG Chapter One Finale that takes into account the decisions you've made throughout the game. (I have everything already plotted out. The Finale will be broken up into two more manageable parts. Hopefully, the first part will be out by March/April, and the second part by June/July.)

- OVER 150 NEW VOICELINES TOTAL for the LIs. It is worth replaying the LI's routes to see what new voice lines they have now!

- 2 new backgrounds.

- 1 new character with a sprite. A modified sprite with a returning character. + A minor CG

- A new tarot card system in Morgan's job. In the future, I hope to implement a feature where a notification will pop up in major story events and give you a plot relevant card. (I also drew these cards myself, so I don't currently have all the tarot cards yet.)

- A new animation with the items. It now pops up on the screen!

- 2 new items.

- More journal entries by Mell, up until the events of the last update. (New images for Neon and William Linton.)

- Some volume modifications. I think the sound, voice acting, and music are mixed better now by default, but you can adjust them in your game settings to your liking.

I recommend you guys play with a completely new save, because your old saves might break the code.

What hasn't been implemented?

- Unfortunately, my programmer couldn't implement the revised character creator and the Free Roam Emporium visit.

- I also wanted to work with Maz to add some animation flourishes that had to get cut so I could drop a December update.

Next year, considering this is the finale, my entire focus will be on the next two Reanimated Heart updates. Hopefully I can get those sorted out then.
