Traditionally ill before Christmas 🤪
Added 2023-12-15 04:00:03 +0000 UTCEvery time I make same mistake - all year I don't have time for rest and all the time in the end of year I'm ill... And this year it's more sad because of pinched nerve in my back 😔 So few weeks more my yoga will be lazy in bed 😉
And late I will create light level workouts for me and you 😉
