First, most important bit 20:30 Derpy! Praise the Best Pony! As to who would like Trixie? A LOT of people, she is easily the single most popular one off character of Season 1, mostly because of her ego and just how hammy she is. Take how this ep described magic working with several grains of salt, this was still early and before the show staff had really zeroed in on a lot of world building, so while not completely off the mark, it isn't exactly a good gauge of how magic is treated later on.
