Goku beat Nappa then got his ass handed to him by Vegeta - Krillin & Gohan arguable did more to beat Vegeta and Gohan landed the final blow. Krillin could've killed Vegeta but Goku spared him to fight again. 3. Goku thought he killed Frieza with the final "You Fool" - Goku was meant to kill both Frieza & King Cold but Trunks interfered from the future and killed them both)
