We appreciate you!

We made this channel to share our love of anime with people. We have built a wonderful, supportive community and are so so so happy to have you all here. It’s incredible.

We love that so many people feel comfortable sharing their opinions with us! Laughing together, crying together, being angry together, sharing personal experiences and how they relate to shows… it’s all so fun and meaningful to us. This is a safe space for us and you to get away from the trolls on YouTube. A place for everyone to feel welcome, seen, heard, and appreciated in a world that is falling apart day by day.

Lately, though, we have had a few bad apple comments that are negative for the sake of being negative. That’s not something we will be tolerating going forward.

Comments have been posed as guilt trips for not reacting to what people want be it an anime from our polls or sub/dub. (Example; “I’m so sad you are reacting to this anime instead of my anime. I won’t be able to enjoy my favorite reactors videos anymore.” Or, “I just don’t like dub. I feel like you guys don’t care about me because you’re watching dub.”)

Or comments have been outright hateful because of the choices we make for the content we decide to watch or how we react to them. Or being mean because we miss a detail or get something wrong.

That tells us one thing, you only care about you. And that’s not welcome here.

This community is only for supportive, kind people. Period. End of story.

Now, that’s not to say that you can’t share your opinion on something if it’s not positive. I’m the first to point out if I don’t like something be it a character, a show, whatever. Just do it in a kind way. Keep it constructive. If you ever are questioning what you are about to say, think about how you would want somebody to talk to you.

One final note, and I’m going to be blunt here, if you hate dub just because it’s dub- Shut. Up. About. It.

Dub is my career. My life. My money maker. My food provider. It pays my bills and keeps a roof over my head. Dub is not hurting you. Dub will never hurt you. So you bitching and moaning about dub is not only incredibly rude to me, my career, and those in this community who love dub (because believe it or not that’s a lot of people), but also pointless as fuck. It’s not constructive. It’s not helpful. It’s not funny or cool. So chill out.

There are some dubs that are really piss poor quality. Just awful. I get that. I talk shit about those dubs, too. But hating dub as a whole just to hate it and being negative/mean/guilt tripping us over it? Literally so fucking lame. Don’t be that person.

I do want to leave this on a positive note;

These people are just a loud minority of our community. The rest of you are some of the coolest people I have been able to meet. I’ve learned so much from you guys that I otherwise never would’ve known. I love Anime now more than I ever have in my entire life. And it’s all thanks to you guys. Not only that, but your lives are incredible to learn about. I’ve made some actual friends from YouTube that I hope to meet in person one day. Not many people can say that.

So, Thank you for being here.
