No wonder Frieza's third form doesn't get much attention from the series. The Xenomorph reference is too apparent lol.

It's just "Hey, they're about to make a joke about something, and I'm going to telegraph that 30 seconds in advance and all but ruin the timing of the actual joke. By the way, did you get it? Did you get that joke right there they just made? Oh man that was so great, wasn't it? Yeah, that joke was awesome! We're going to make *absolutely* sure you got it by running it into the ground now." It feels like people were constantly trying to beat TFS to their own jokes - basically all 50,000 fans were trying way too hard wanting to "contribute" their own thing and just ended up cramming anything they could into anywhere someone else hadn't already, turning every single sentence in the series into its own joke and it heavily oversaturates everything as a result. Nothing has any room to land as a joke before it's overtaken by the next five in the subtitles constantly demanding your attention. Obviously it's your reaction so if you guys are enjoying them that's all that matters, but personally I think they often almost actively hurt the experience, especially so for a first time reaction.
