If you remember back in season 1 Okarun was working out during lunch and part of his workout was 5 sets of 20 squats. So I believe when he was punching Evil Eye and counting to 20 he was doing all 100 reps of his squats workout. It's really funny that that's how he beat Evil Eye, but it also makes sense to me cause Okarun doesn't really know how to fight, so he just either throws himself at his enemy (like Acro Silky or the worm in last episode) or in this case does squats lmao.
