The symbol on the glove who staked the vampire was the symbol on all the cult of diablos when they attacked at the sanctuary and when they attacked rose when she got Uber buffed from shadow at the end of Season 1

The only people that knows Cid's identity are the 7 shadows, a few of the upper members like nu, lambda, omega and some of the earliest numbers which work directly under the 7 or under the other named members. So most of the members around numbers 20-30 up have no idea Cid is Shadow. (so the large majority).
