Attack on Titan 4x21 (Full) - the episode that changes everything...

YESS, watching this episode and the fight vs. Gyutaro on the same sunday was so beautiful.

You guys missed out on some of the best anime weeks when this and demon slayer s2 were airing every Sunday. Anime watchers were blessed every Sunday with these two series airing at the same time. Some of the best entertainment weekends I ever experienced. Imagine watching these last couple episodes of aot and then getting to watch insane fights and animation with demon slayer right after it was perfect weekend every week 🥹

Re-watching AOT is a very different experience from the first watch. It becomes very apparent that the story was well planned from the start. (More on that after the series has ended)

I always wondered why Grisha could see Zeke during the last two episodes and then on a rewatch I realized it was always when Eren was standing behind Grisha looking at Zeke so Grisha could see old Zeke through Eren’s memories using the attack titan power And that’s when I stopped questioning potential plot holes lol

Also, FMAB is Peak but AOT is better!

In all fairness, in season one while fighting Annie, Eren say's that he will destroy the world but its said so fast everyone misses it. Also, something people forget is that as mean as Marley is to the eldians, the rest of the world hates the eldians even more. Udo said his family came from an internment camp outside of Marley and they were treated horribly. Honestly the rest of the world was looking for any reason to kill all the eldians. So just killing Marley wouldn't resolve the Eldian problem. Additionally, the world has been coming up with weapons to kill eldians and at this point in the story im not sure how many years Eren has to live but it can't be that many. Essentially, to me, Eren hasn't lost the plot. Its more like he see where the story is going and is like the only way my people get to survive is if everyone else goes.

I still have FMAB over AOT because FMAB is just that great. Side Note, both aren't in my top 10 but I do have them as a 10/10. I've just watched over 500 anime in my life so I've seen more peak

Red Rising is, in fact, amazing and you should definitely read it asap

To fully understand everything in aot you need to watch it at least 3-4 times. It gets better every time

Eren is not wrong, he has the founder and have seen every possible outcome, if he only destroy Marley alone, the world will launch a joint attack with nukes and everything and destroy the island, he had no choice but to wipe everyone else since no peace can be made. Eren the goat for real

Re-watching it is a great move. You could re-watch it on your own or find a reactor(s) you enjoy and re-watch it that way. Personally from my own experience I re-watched it alone but then started re-watching with YT/Pateron reactors. To be honest I like re-watching AoT with reactors because I can live vicariously through them as they experience all the crazy moments in this show. Also some reactors catch on to things that I've missed on my own even though I've re-watched it so many times. Like for example when Tyler caught the statement Eren made to The Founder Ymir how he'll end the world. Of the dozen or so times I've re-watched AoT that line escaped my notice. P.S. You guys can watch the intro if you want now. It's a awesome intro that goes hard.

Also he doesn't have just 10,000s Colossal or however you spell it Titans, he has millions. If you remember Willy Tybur's speech in Marley, he mentioned that the walls are comprised of millions of Colossal Titans.

We thought we understood it all but CHRIST it’s so complex!

So this just shows how complex AOT is: Grisha thought that seeing the future was an Attack Titan power, which is what he said this episode and past. But it's not actually an Attack Titan power, Eren is using the Founding Titan to send specific memories of his back to previous iterations of the Attack Titan, such as to Kruger and Grisha. Because this only happens to previous Attack Titans, they assume that it's an attack titan power to see the future. But really it's Eren who's sending the memories back to previous Attack Titans using the Founding Titan's power.
