2025-10-31 18:26:14 +0000 UTCI know I'm 4 days late, it's closer to #2, Ri-mu-ru, but in English it sounds like Ri-ma-ru (using Romaji spellings there, next bit would be how it sounds in English). Practically it sounds like Ree-mah-roo/ru using a more English way of speaking. As long as you're close, you're fine, I doubt anyone would fault you for it.

Any name that starts with Yama, Yamada, Yamagi, ect, they probably lived by a mountain, or their parents wanted them to be solid like a mountain. Ichirou - first son. stuff like that. Haruna, the female goblin, would be spring flower.

2025-10-21 17:54:28 +0000 UTCAs far as I remember from the web and light novels, Satorou Mikami (Rimuru) was not much of a gamer - versed in pop culture but not much of a gamer. Also, he was not a shut-in; in fact, he is properly established as a working member of society who was friendly with his co-workers and subordinates (as the intro shows his colleague even invited him to dinner to show of the girl he wants to marry). I could comment on Rimuru's gender, but I wont :D

So fairly educated and surprisingly social, not like most isekai MCs. The only thing he said he was missing was a GF, but not unfamiliar with managing a team or group of people.
