'Quirk Factor' as a genetic expression is something that's mentioned once, and then never again, while being something so basic that it should be easily identified with even our current level of tech. Except for Deku they went with toe joints. My take on it is that's a post-hoc explanation that sounds good to most people, but, like the explanation we're given for Momo's Quirk (restructure molecules to turn 10 grams of fat into 1000+ grams of metal), i\t's completely off-base. Body Defense doesn't protect against Eraserhead, but another Defense might.

2021-07-31 04:03:53 +0000 UTCWould Erasure actually work against Dencifer? If his Quirk suppresses the Quirk Factor in others as a mechanism, Body Defense should negate it. That said, this is contingent on his Quirk temporarily inhibiting gene expressions, which is the most reasonable mechanism, I believe.
