That is not just a one woman's job. Bring that bit of Creativity and maybe making a couple of Babies through ingenuity could definitely help.

Mei seems more likely to get Airbending personality wise It's gonna be really funny if the...normal(?) Cifer gets a second retinue member before the Dragon one. Though dragon should end up with 5-8 retinue members before finishing RWBY versus Denki's 3 so the hoard shall be feed.
