When this chapter posted I went and gave it another try and wow I really like this story also, you really keep surprising me writing whole new AU's into existence. Thank you for writing this and I'm sorry I didn't give it a fair try earlier.

We really got to see a good bit more of the world building , Kakashi and Anko got fleshed out a good bit more, Lee was exposed to some of his work coming, so we’ll see character growth there, and the others also all got a little bit of character growth, and I’m hoping to see a bit more from all of them in the next chapter. Probably a few chapters in I’d love to see some more growth from Ren and Sato. This is rapidly becoming one of my favorite stories you write. Heck I resubscribe for this when chapters come out or after a couple chapters have come out for your other main line stories.

2025-01-16 00:17:28 +0000 UTCSorry, long comment incoming. First thanks for chapter, I really enjoyed it and I hope that eventually its part of your main line up. Your thoughts on Naruko being only 16 is really important for a lot reasons. One of which is that people tend to forget that the human brain isn't fully developed until almost 30. I know I wasn't thinking like actual adult until I hit 33. So ya, all of that is on the mark. Building on that, I really hope that Kakashi gets his redemption ark. As much of a jerk as he's being right now, humans are generally just products of their circumstances. (except psychopaths, their not people, and a lot more uncommon than you might think) Kakashi from what I remember got hit with his first trauma bomb at like 5. Started killing people at 6. Was never given the chance to be properly socialized, even to other nin, and then the trauma bombs started coming faster and harder for basically the rest of his life. Then, he probably never even had Guy to reach out and ground him because Guy is Gal Might here. He never really had any kind of a chance. I'm not sure that there is really a way to 'save' him, but I'm hoping that you pull it off anyway, simply because I always loved the character. Anyway, thank you for a great chapter. :)
