We can assume Penny won't die the same way minimum but....honestly Pyyrha is throwing off death flags all over the place and is quite obviously the BEST vector to just rip Jaune to shreds if he 'fails' to save her. Like....making me think that trying to bring her back somehow is going to be his next arc after the Fall? of Vale. On this chapter though I enjoyed it and seeing him setting up the battle club and teaching people how dangerous they can theoretically be if they apply themselves. Even if it might well be removing the safety on their powers as they go from subconsciously thinking they won't kill people to realizing that they are dangerous.

He had his issues and despite the threats being worse, they are more expected by the general populace and his group hasn't suffered any casualties.
