Currently this seems local to the pirate town so use would be spread out in both space and time as they fight leviathans at sea or settle arguments with just a few shots. What happens if you equip a military with this? Hundreds of soldiers shooting hundreds of bullets over the course of a few hours all at the same battlefield. Do you just get an infestation of powder monkeys or do you summon Power Kong?
