Some character unwittingly signs a contract with a Lust/Gluttony Demon and wakes up in a hedonistic pleasure filled underworld from which there is no escape. Forced to eat n smoke n fuck, till they're nothing but a blobby, mindless fountain of sin energy.

I know you did a Fatso comic a while ago, so how about using one of the other two ghosts? My personal favorite is Stinky, and since he’s a fan of BO, the setting could be a gym.
