tbh I'm usually not super into Mega Pokémon because they tend to be overdesigned for my tastes. But they don't make they mad or anything. Mega Raichu X & Y are alright; I think they look like bootleg toys (affectionate).
I prefer X a little more, but I wish it had Kantonian Raichu's colors. I like thinking of it as Rikachu, one of my first usernames, back when I couldn't decide whether Pikachu or Raichu was my favorite Pokémon when the series was new. (It didn't take me long to figure it out.)
